The person behind the plan.
I'm Betsy — a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, Certified Nutrition Coach, and Behavior Change Specialist based in the Capital Region of New York. I founded Custom Concierge Fitness because I believe that premium personal training shouldn't require a gym membership, a commute, or a compromise on your comfort.
My approach brings together three disciplines that most trainers treat separately: movement, nutrition, and the psychology of lasting change. I've seen firsthand that the people who transform their health aren't necessarily the strongest or the most disciplined — they're the ones with the right support, the right plan, and someone in their corner who understands the whole picture.
Fitness isn't a punishment for what you ate or a race to some finish line — it's a practice. Something you build into your life the same way you build any meaningful habit: with patience, with intention, and with someone who meets you exactly where you are.
I don't believe in one-size-fits-all programs. Your body has its own history, your schedule has its own demands, and your relationship with health is yours alone. My job is to listen first, then design a path that fits your reality — not the other way around.
When you work with me, you're not just getting a trainer. You're getting a partner who understands that sustainable results come from aligning your movement, your nutrition, and your mindset. That's the concierge difference — personalized care that shows up at your door and stays with you long after the session ends.
The gym works for some people. But for many of us, the barriers to getting there — the commute, the crowds, the self-consciousness, the schedule — are the very things standing between us and consistency. In-home training removes every one of them.
Train in the space where you feel most at ease. No mirrors lined with strangers, no unfamiliar equipment — just you, your trainer, and a program built for your environment.
No drive time, no parking, no waiting for equipment. I come to you on your terms, so the time you set aside for fitness is actually spent on fitness.
Whether you're just starting out or working through a recovery, some goals are better pursued without an audience. In-home sessions give you the space to focus entirely on yourself.
